The detection of the transmitter is sent to the electronic control unit after the real-time oil temperature, so that the heating start or stop the heating is determined according to the real-time oil temperature.
The electric heater is mainly used to heat the oil temperature in the system, and is controlled by real-time detection of the temperature transmitter to achieve smooth operation of the machine in the harsh environment of severe winter.
The safety valve is used to adjust the pressure of the pump in the system. The pressure regulation value is based on the sum of the back pressure of the mechanical lubrication part and the back pressure of the pipeline. Generally, it is determined according to the working performance of the machine itself, and the pressure is adjustable.

The air cooler mainly plays the role of heat dissipation in the system. In the mechanical operation, the friction surface of the lubricating component is the main heat conduction source. The cooling capacity of the cooler is calculated by the heat source of the mechanical lubrication component, and then the cooling capacity is determined; the system is cooled. The device is installed independently, and is equipped with a bypass safety valve and an oil inlet ball valve. The bypass safety valve is structurally used when the temperature is cold in winter. If the oil is suspected in the cooler housing, the oil can be Through the safety valve flowing through the mechanical lubrication component, the heat sink of the protection cooler case is damaged due to the blockage of the frozen oil. The function of the inlet ball valve is to turn off the valve when the filter screen needs to be replaced. On the mechanical oil return pipe, a thermometer, a temperature sensor and a flow meter are installed to form a group of functions for detecting the return flow rate and the return oil temperature; the temperature sensor has two points of action, one is heat exchange interlock and the other is protection heat. The action of the flow meter is mainly to detect the return flow.
