SY Series Cone Crusher
Complete hydraulic operation is applied to insurance, adjusting, clamping and cavity cleaning. SY90, the small model of SY series Cone crusher, also has the cavity cleaning function. For S155 cone Crusher, the high pressure pump need be used to clean the cavity. The operator should be careful when clean cavity for S155 cone crusher. However, Compared to S155, the reliability of SY185 cone crusher cavity cleaning system has been improved. The cavity cleaning system of SY280 and SY400 cone crusher has been simplified greatly, which is convenient to operation and maintenance.
Either the standard cone crusher used for secondary stage or the short head cone crusher used for tertiary stage can be given choke feeding. The capacity is about 15% higher than the same size cone crusher of S series. The fines content percent of S series cone crusher is 65% to 70%. The fines content percent of H series cone crusher is 75% to 80%. While the fines content percent of SY series cone crusher is between S series and H series cone crushers. The product that smaller than the discharge setting occupies about 70% to 75% of the throughput.

The hydraulic system can be manually controlled either.
